Still not changed debit order date!

I have phoned Getbucks twice and 3x typed a message requesting that my second loan also have the debit order corrected from 19 Sept to 25 September. The last person was actually quite rude and typed that it WILL BE CHANGED. I had the same problem with my first loan with them and now I have just received an sms saying the following: Dear S... Please note that your payment of R... is due on 2015/09/19. A debit order has been loaded on your account.<br> I have not given anyone permission to load a debit order for this date!!
