STILL NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL QUERIES

I am still waiting for my online profile to be updated, all loans settled in December, ITC is updated yet my profile is not updated I call in no one gets back to me, I email and no one responds literally email after email for over a month now. I write on the online platform to the agents they dont know what to do or they lie and say it will be done during the day then I check back the next day still not updated and i speak to someone new who says contact collections so I do but they dont respond this is beyond ridiculous now all I want is my profile to show that i have no outstanding loans which is the case. 3 months now and NO ONE CAN OR WILL HELP ME,
