STILL NO RESPONSE!!!!!

<p>So after posting the below review weeks ago I have still not been contracted or had the issue resolved!!!!</p> <p>Why do you not car about your customers Getbucks!?!?!?</p> <p> </p> <p>Extremely disappointed in Getbucks especially after being so impressed by them initially...</p> <p>As the title says I was initially really impressed when I started using Getbucks over a year ago.</p> <p>Unfortunately my feelings are rapidly changing due to the below....</p> <p> </p> <p><br />For the second month I have been marked as having payments in arrears for their company....Which is simply not true.</p> <p>The first time around it took talking to 3 unhelpful agents (I might as well have been speaking to the TV because no matter how many times I tried to explain i got the same copy and paste response from the agent) to finally have this addressed....</p> <p>And then after checking my Credit report this month its been marked in exactly the same way, this is simply ********* and unnaceptable business, I am now being adversly affected at a critical time when looking to purchase a new house.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I will be patient for 48 hours for this to be sufficiently addressed and corrected or I will take my situation to the relevant governing bodies.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />A seriously disappointed and previously loyal customer of Getbucks...</p>
