Still no payout...again

<p>I app**** for a loan and was told that the payout takes 1 hour, I never received the funds as yet and then spoke to a consultant who told me it would pay out yesterday for sure, but could not tell me what time. The funds is still not available, this is not the first time that this has happened, previous occasion took 3 days to pay out</p>
