Still no payout

I had my loan approved on the 11/09/2015, trusting to see funds in the hour as marketed and advertised i was very dissapointed when days later including today and still have not received any payout, this is simply unproffessional and no integrity in what they advertise. not sure this business can continue to provide accepetable service this way.
