Still no payment made

Good day, I took a small temporary loan from GetBucks and they say that the money will be paid into your account in an hour. It has been 2 hours since my approval and still nothing?<br> <br> I tried contacting the people via Email then the email come back saying that they exceeded their email space. I just want to know how long it will take for them to pay the money over. But no one is even answering the phone. If you try to use the Chat that they have online they say a few sentences to you and then no response from there. <br> <br> I really hope this is a legitimate company and that its not a ****
