STILL NO HELP

I posted on this website over four weeks ago about my frustration at a fully paid loan still reflecting as active on my credit report. Someone form their company called me and said that they would fast track this and that a maximum of 10 days would be taken. No surprises then that its STILL ACTIVE!!!!<br> <br> There is absolutely no point in calling me unless the problem has been solved. I have done three months of waiting for this to be cleared. I will now send a complaint to the NCR.
