Still debited after payment arrangement

I made a payment arrangement with Getbucks as I could not afford my monthly payment due to me being unemployed. But this month they debited me the full payment even though they confirmed the arrangement via email. Now I cant afford to pay my rent which is due. Ive sent emails and called but still I have no answers. Can you please respond as this matter is urgent.
