Starting to look like a joke of a company now every month

everytime i take out a loan there are issues with payout after approval. This started in December already. No progress in fixing there technical issues and high call volumes. They have now even taken away the chat services on the website. i am still waiting for payout but yet nothing again.. month end GB are the first people to debit but last to pay.
