Something Fishy...

I would like to escalate my matter as its been outstanding since last week Thursday.

Whenever i speak to a consultant they just tell me some different story.

Its starting to feel like ***** because the amounts keep changing, one moment loan accounts are consolidated then next they arent anymore and now they have been closed.

This is very frustrating and i cant believe what the consultants are telling me because nothing they say happens.

When i follow up they keep telling me ill get the funds on that day because they did immediate payment but it doesn't happen, just like today.
