Smartadvance loan paid up but still says missed payments

Hi all. The company was called get bucks at 1st and I had no problem with them, but now Smartadvance took over and they really damaged my name . They debited me every month until the 1st of March 2021 was my last payment but on my clear score record it shows my loan is still active and I missed all my payments for the last six months . I spoke to an agent called Ntombi she never knew what she was there for coz she couldn’t assist me in any way. My credit score is dropping every month and smartsdvance is doing nothing to sort the issue out. Please all you people out there don’t ever take a loan with them because it will be your last and your name and score will drop right down.
