Slow, unreliable process..

I wish this quote on the Getbucks website was true "We've built our application process with you in mind. Our world class systems allow quick turnaround on your application and your bucks will be available within minutes."

App****- logged on a few hours later and application had disappeared- app**** again and they said "amount will be paid out in approximately 4hrs" meaning about 4pm. the next day....still waiting with no response. if you try follow up, they say they will escalate it..which means nothing as nothing gets done.
