slow service after being a loyal customer

I would honestly think after using your services alot of times i would get a faster response time but no, i find your service really bad i app**** for a loan and after waiting for them to call me i missed my call, called them back to call me back and all i got was your phone is not on, i then gave them an alternative number which after that they never even bothered to get back to me, i mean the service is really ****py <br> they are so many alternative loan hubs i think you guys need to get your story on check as you will lose loyal customers like me, in honesty you need a loan when you are stuck and when you cant react as soon as you are meant to we move on to the next. <br> <br>
