Should be Gone Bucks not Get Bucks

My husband app**** online for a loan, despite being rather wary of the whole setup. He received an email from EC Loans saying that they had found a service provider and that the loan was approved. They also gave him the amount of the loan, the amount of the installment and the duration. They claim to be able to do this in a matter of hours. This is not true. EC loans who we thought were the administrators then advised us that the FINAL approval was at "Getbucks". The entire process was now sitting with Getbucks who were experiencing an overload of applications which resulted in the normal turn around time not being met. This went on for a number of weeks. Late last week we were told that the approved loan had been declined due to a disputed debit order and that we needed a statement to assist them to reconsider. I sent it off immediately. This morning we were informed by Sonya from EC loans that the application had been declined. When I queried the reason I was informed by Getbucks that the application was waiting on final approval. They then declined because of the disputed debit order. I sent them a statement as requested clearly advising them for the reason for the dispute. I then received an email from Michelle Van Jaarsveld informing me that Getbucks had never approved the loan. I sent her a copy of the email we received. I also sent her the motivational statement as requested.

We searched and got Approval of ***x for you. Your monthly payment will be ***x over 4 months. She then said that the "risk" committee had decided that they had to adhere to their policies and procedures. I pointed out that if this was in fact the case I could then submit debit orders to whomever I chose and that they would not need to be signed or verified. There was a very good reason for the dispute and the debit order was never valid - in fact it amounts to ***** and the blatant ******* from the account. Even the banks need to adhere to the rules. I have about 100 emails telling me that they will get back to me in 48 hours.
