Shocking Service

My loan was approved on the 16/10/2019 but they still haven't paid. They keep telling it's a system issue and they don,t know when it will be resolved. No one applies for a loan just for fun. I app**** for this loan because of a family emergency. From what I gather, this is not the first time this happens. Please don't lie to your clients and tell them they will get the money fast when you know that you have system issues. Let people know before they apply that payment will take days so that they will look for other options. It is very frustrating to have an emergency and be relieved when a loan is approved only to find out that they won't pay in time and you are left scrambling and not knowing what to do. I need this money by Monday but it's seems unlikely the "system problem" will be sorted out anytime soon. This service is unacceptable. If you're reading this FORGET ABOUT GETBUCKS, look somewhere else.
