SHOCKING SERVICE!
Reading all the negative comments posted TODAY with regards to Getbucks, I am very very worried. I was approved for a loan and I am still waiting for the payout. Every time I contact a consultant, I get told that they had a system change and that they cannot tell me when they can pay out my loan. According to the last consultant I spoke to, they were only busy doing payments for loans approved on Monday. When I state my reason for the loan as "EMERGENCY" that is truly what I mean! Otherwise I wouldn't need to take a loan! This is shocking service!

Sending the exact same "copy and paste" response to all the customers with regards to their complaint, is not helping your cause one bit. In fact, it makes me even more irritated! Please do not try to pacify me - the solution is very easy. Do the payouts that were promised to your customers at the time promised to them. I await my payout in anticipation.
