Shocking Service

Hi, I have closed a loan through Getbucks lawyers Gerhard van der merwe over two years ago. Recently Getbucks emailed me saying this loan is still open and due to be settled. Since then i have forwarded the official paid up letter to Getbucks twice and have not had any feedback. If this business cannot resolve such a simple matter i advise no one to do any business with them. Shocking customer service!
