Shocking bad customer service
Really not impressed - every time I make contact it is a scripted answer that is given. Everybody has to wait on the financial department and money is apparently STILL not being released!
Really guys - this sucks.
Received an email from one of the guys on your team, but he is not replying to my messages at all? Don't understand how this works.
