Shocking and Disappointing Service / False Advertising!!!!!

Appalling Service from Getbucks! They advertise that they are same day loan providers however I have been waiting for payout since last week Wednesday. Getting hold off anyone that works there is such a mission with the staff unable to assist with a payout date - how can this Company still be allowed to do business with behaviour like this? This is false advertising at its best! They process a loan for you and then withhold payment and make you spend countless hours trying to get feedback from them - they were supposed to be better than the banks but they are so much worse! This is the second time I have taken a loan with them and the exact same thing happened last time - how can they still claim to be same day service providers when they keep on doing the same ****?????!!!!!!!! Utterly disappointed in Getbucks - they will charge me interest for money they havent yet released !!!!!!
