Shocked at the unprofessional conduct

<p>I took loans with GetBucks, but every month I have to call them in irder to have my credit report updated. They telling me they don't have the systems to update credit reports automatically.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would take a loan in August and then pay in September. Instead of updating the payment for September on my credit report, they update July.</p> <p>How is that possible if the loan was only taken in August?</p> <p> </p> <p>This is really annoying as it seems to happen every time I take a loan with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Seriously unprofessional.</p>
