Settled account still not updated at credit Credit Bureau

<p>I settled my Getbuck account early and have been reviewing my credit profile to see if this account gets update and its been months now account is stil not update accordingly . Sylvester contacted me and promised that this will be resolved 1 month 3 weeks ago and till today account still reflects open and nothing has been updated </p>
