SETTLE ACCOUNT STILL DEBITED

I have setttled my account on the30/07/2015 then again on the 13/08/2015 to settle all the accounts i had with getbucks then called them to check and they told me all stories the i sent my proof of payments to their collection department for them to allocate the funds as they said but funny on my payday they debit my account lucky i have stop thier debit but one account went through their service is soo POOR I CALLED NO ONE RESPONDS UNTIL I CHAT TO THE STUPID KIM WHO IS NOT EVEN HELPING ... THIS IS AFFECTING MY PROFILE I SETTLE BECAUSE I WANT TO HAVE A CLEAN PROFILE .. WHAT CAN A PERSON DO TO GET HELP FROM THIS COMPANY.
