Sending Transunion False Information

I have not missed a single payment on my Getbucks loan, yet they sent that I was 60 days overdue for Jan to Transunion and the December month was OK. Big businesses need to stop walking all over the client just because they get no backlash. Now my credit score is ********** because of a huge ***** up by them and because I'm the client who they think is dumb all I will get is an apology from them. Getbucks should get penalised for things like this the same way they penalise clients who pay late because it seems whether you pay on time or not you get the short end of the stick
