**** Loans by gaining info of FNB clients

My son Michael Williams received a text on his cellphone saying that R700.00 loan had been paid into his FNB Account. On Monday we reported incident to bank and closed account and opened a case at Umbilo Police Station. I had a look at the online form he was supposed to have filled in. Get Bucks did not follow up with his employer or phone the number on the loan. When I phoned the cell number a Indian Gentleman answered. Now what really confuses me FNB were the only bank that had my son's old address. He never had an other accounts and at his current company his new address is recorded on their address. I believe FNB is affiliated to Get Bucks for the loans. I have emails and spoken to Sylvester the Manager numerous times and he still has not solved the problem. My son took the money out of his account paid them. I have proof of payment and banking details. Michael Williams has now been black listed and Sylvester said he's doing the best to clear his name. Now I get tired of dealing with Sylvester and start dealing with Belinda who promised me this would be sorted out by the 9/2/2015. I have emailed and phoned and she's always busy in meetings.
