same thing every month

Can someone call me to assist, i have been calling your call centre non stop just to be number 30 in qeue or 25 the whole time, so when its finaly my turn to be assisted the call just drops. It seems like the only way people get assisted from you is when we write here on HP. I was advised to send payslip i did that, than after that was told someone was gonna call me within 15 minutes, so what i did is i went to the online support which is very useless cos i was number 4 in queue for 30 minutes after that im finaly number 1 than someone called otlothleng if im spelling correctly just greets and as i am busy typing i am now back in queue to being number 4. I made this loan as i need the money worse the interest rate is being calculated from the day i app**** for the loan till the pay day but loan is not yet with me, but you advise that payout takes place within an hour.
