I app**** for a loan from them and got approval on the 4th of November, they also bank with FNB so it should have been done within 2 days. It has now been a week of calling them and getting no feed back except them saying sorry ma’am the finance department hasn’t given us feed back. I took out the loan because I need it. Now I’ll be paying the loan back before I even get the loan. This is ridiculous. I’m so disappointed
