RIPPED

I have an accont with GETBUCKS and i missed the payment and my account was handed over to TIMRISK, i started communication with TIMRISK made arrangements with them to debit my account. i never received statements and on the 28th of May i called TIMRISK my balance on the account. i was given an amount of r2574.99 and that made me loose my mind, i therefore asked for a statement and it was emailed to me, on the statement there was an amount of r2867.43 (Balance Adjustment) that increases my balance and i wanted to know y. TIMRISK did not have an answer and advised me they will refer to GETBUCKS to get answers. i therefor emailed GETBUCKS its a full week i have not received an answer from either GETBUCK or TIMRISK. will i ever finish paying GETBUCKS? <br> <br>
