Ridiculous Turn Around Times

Loan approved on 02 February 2020, and still not paid to date. They keep advising that there is a system problem, but it's been happening for more than 3 months now. The last loan I app**** for was in Sept / Oct 2019 and they were having a system problem since then... if they really cared about the customers, they would let the finance team work shifts or pay them overtime to resolve this bad service. The customer services keep telling me that they cannot advise me when it will be paid. The finance team has takes more than 4 days to clear a 1 day backlog. They have been paying loans approved on 31 January from Monday to today (Thursday). Can we please get some intervention in that finance / payments department urgently. When we apply for loans, it's for a reason... I really do advise to try another service provider...
