Report 3 and still no one can give me the feedback

I still don't have my answer, You still couldn't tell me why the date of my debit order was changed with out my approval as stated in the contract you have given me. this is breach of contract and confidence. yes the consultant did phone me and he could not assist me and told me he will get back to me on the 14 Jan. on the 25 he sends me a mail only to tell me that they still don't have an answer for me. the next person that phones me better have a good ...... answer.
