Remove my profile

This is a very simple request, that Getbucks seems to get wrong everytime I ask. All I require is that my account details & website profile details all be completely removed from the system and databases. I only registered to get a credit report NOT A LOAN, as that was one service advertised on TV as well. So... here I am, stuck with a support consultant that tells me the account is suspended, "Kindly note that your profile has been suspended and your credit report subscription cancelled." , then I responded, "Thanks for stopping the subscription. I asked for the account to be deleted. Not suspended. " ... then the consultant responds "Kindly note that without written instruction/consent to unblock your account no transactions/loans will be able to be processed on your profile." ***?? What kind of a response is that? I did not sign up for any loans, nor did I indicate any interest... I JUST WANT MY INFORMATION DELETED!!! HOW HARD IS IT?? Really, hire me and I'll program it for you, and I'll charge you 5x the market rate for all that 1 minutes it will take me.
