Refusing to update credit info
I have paid of my Getbucks account several months ago. According to their site my account is suspended. When applying for a loan with another company the credit check comes up as if I owe them a lot of money. This is not on. Why do I have to suffer for their irresponsibility? Why do they not update info with the ITC?

28 Dec 2017, 18:55It has been almost two weeks and according to my credit report I still owe GetBucks in access of R5000 all of which has been settled in September 2016!!! Also according to the credit check this was the last time my account has been updated. This is not on! They contacted me on the 16 of December and I was promised that all should be well by the 19th but no joy.
