refuse me loan

good day<br> <br> can you believe it i have fully paid up getbuck dont owe them anymore but whenever now i tried to apply for a loan their system says its suspencded . i will never refer anyone to them , they will be treated same way they did.<br> <br> they say there is dispute in my account which they dont tell me what are they?????
