Refusal to cancel agreement not honoured by them

Wallet payout has not been paid out for close to three weeks and the company refuses to cancel the account.even after telling them due to their excessive delays this has led me to miss the opportunity I was eyeing and that since their promise is a payout within the same day they have broken their promise so they must cancel the account they still refuse.

I feel this an unfair practice. I have learned my lesson and bow never to use this service ever again.
