Refund claims

The service here is poor and utter disgusting. I have been waiting for my refund for almost two weeks. They deducted a settlement from me from an insured loan after I was retrenched. they say they need to calculate the short paying as a result of covid 19 lock down short payments.

The reduced instalments were not requested by me nor have I sighed for it.

This was a decision created for me with the employer Tsogo Sun. without my knowledge or having being explained to me the terms and conditions of reduced instalments. I have been retrenched.

I have been in contact with Romandi Jumat for a week from Smartadvise but this issue has still not been rectified or resolved. I need my money ASAP and a compensation for the inconvenience caused.
