Refund

Good day I made a top up loan with smartadvance they ha change their name from getbucks to smartadvance I got my top up loan which I made on the 29th of April 2021which Im happy but they did deduct already their first installment end of May where in the past it was never like this they skip the first month then they start to deduct their money because this is a payroll loan which I have with them I can see on my payslip they took it already I try to contact them now several times but no answer yet I would like to find out if it's a new thing because in the past I also had this problem but then they refund the money back to me because they should only taken the next month can they please explain to me why and they never let anyone know this is going to change is it because it name changed.now they telling me it depends on when you made the loan in the past it was never like this.i had this problem many times with them but then they refunded me but now it's a different story.
