REFUND

Hi<br> <br> I was owing get buck loan and wanted to settle the accound. On the 09.02.2015 i called them to do a direct debit on my account to settle the loan, which it went through and recieved an sms earlier morning on the debit.<br> I called them again 18.02.2015 to find out if it has been setlled and yet for them to tell me that they thought im paying the account in advance i needed to pay extra R297.12 to setlle the account n which i did.<br> <br> On 08.02.2015 i payed by eft an amount of R60173 and they couldnt pick it up on the system.<br> Now i need my refund and they putting me through to different department with no help. you hold for hours with no agent not assisting, you leave a message n no one comes back. Please help
