Refund
I settled my loans but the debit order was already set and couldn't be cancelled, which is understandable. This was Friday the 13th of July and I contacted them, they promised me a refund within 24 hours. That never happened, I followed up Monday and they said they will do it, again yesterday they said they did it Monday afternoon but I haven't received anything. I normally get the money very quick when I apply for a loan but this refund is taking forever which is why I don't believe that anyone did it.
