RECKLESS LENDING/*****

Last year it was resolved through the Ombudsman that Getbucks will write off all the debts and leave just one, of which I will pay R1500 free of charges. Last week, I get a call from their attorneys saying they are calling me due to loans I have with Gebucks. Like WHAAAAATTTTTTT??????????? I then went and checked my credit report, guess what????? THEY DIDNT TAKE OFF THOSE DEBTS!!!! I then called Sylvester King there by Getbucks and he says there has been interest as I didn't make payment, I sent him the letter that states the R1500 will be FREE of interest and it doesn't say by when it should be settled. He either gives me attitude, or doesn't respond to my emails.Thier Complaince Officer Nick has since resigned and I was refered to Kiara Jansen, GUESS WHATTTTTT???? SHE'S JUST READING MY EMAILS... THEY SAID THEY WILL CLEAR MY CREDIT REPORT, A YEAR LATER IT HASNT BEEN DONE. I need someone to direct me after the Ombudsman intervention and after Getbucks committed to the arrangement and they didn't honour it, how do I get hold of the FSB?
