Reckless Lending by Getbucks Pretoria

On the 11th October 2015 found out from Checking my TransUnion Report that loan was **********ly Issued by Getbucks , I have since raised he issue with GetBucks Pretoria. I have spoken to Kebabone, Mbali and Tsikelelwe from Getbucks whom have assured me that the incidence was escalated to their Supervisor by the name of (Sharm) who has still not contacted me after I left several messages. To my surprise after giving the company my contact numbers they are now sending their collection department to threaten to list me, they never had my contact details before I called and informed her the account is ********** . according to my findings this was an incidence of reckless lending as NCA or FICA documents where acquired from the person who app**** for the Loan. My Credit Record is Currently affected by this small loan companies with cheaply systems. I'm currently registered with TrsnsUnnion for any credit application Alerts and with SAFPS, what I don't understand how did Loan go through on my name I'm Protected by the Best Systems in the Country....
