Really Really bad service

This is really bad i was approved for a claim on the 10th of February 2020 i was told it will take a week for my payment. I have had previously made a loan and was always patient now if you phone they can never tell you what is going on and each person i speak to said that a consultant will get back to me. I mean this is more than 2 weeks i have been waiting
