I get absolutely no help from your call centre agents, apart from a script that blame it all of your financial department - if it really is the blame of your financial department I think you guys should maybe change your business model as it really isn't working! I have not had a lot of issues in the past, but the last two times have been a nightmare to resolve! I only received help after I became a pest on Hello Peter, so I guess that is what I will have to do again this time. I am really disappointed to see a company like your deteriorate so fast in the space of two years.
