Quick to take money; takes forever to respond

The worst service ever and empty promises! They are quick to state on the website that pay out happens within an hour, I have app**** on 27 Sept, and they are still busy with application. They also do not believe in auto responses. Guess what happened when I have sent an email to find out why my application is dragging? An automated response! When you have a loan with them, they can send you a sms a week before the payment date to advise you that the debit order is set on you account, but when you apply they are in no hurry and take their time. It is very dissapointing. I have been using Getbucks more than once and it is shocking to say that the service gets worse every single time.
