Quick Approval but delayed payout

I did a loan application last week Wednesday the 25th of August and still I have not received the payout. I sent a mail on Thursday and was informed and was informed the was a delay. I was expect a delay to be sorted at least by Friday. I tried calling the customer service but the phone lines don't go through. It is Wednesday today which is exactly a week and still there is no loan payout. Its disappointing as normally they payout real quickly but the worst is that there is no communication of any sort from their side to inform us of what is going on.
