Punished for early settlement

I had taken a short term loan with get bucks and the installments were paid over a number of months as per agreement. I have never missed a payment and decided to settle the remaining balance into two installments. <br> <br> When I checked my ITC credit report, it stated that my account had been handed over to lawyers and I had already settled the account before time and it is paid up. I requested some form of writing that declares that I have never missed a payment, but the agent who assisted me Rebecca Molahleri said she can only send me a paid up letter. I am very disappointed with the whole outcome when all I need is a letter confirming that I have paid up my account and have never missed a payment. I don't understand why a mistake on their side has to affect my credit report.
