PROOF OF PAYMENT SUBMITTED - 17/9/2015 10:07am

My company paid an amount of R10 371.97 to settle Get Bucks on my behalf. They paid directly from their FNB ACCOUNT TO Get Bucks FNB account. Proof of Payment was e mailed to various depts. 17/9 +- 10:am to Collections Dept, Documents Dept and various persons. I also called yesterday and was told it would be on record and updated last night???? To day have e mailed many persons and phoned requesting Proof of Settlement Letters? Have been told that they have still not credited the payments???? My company says that they had the money immediately yesterday as was paid from FNB - FNB - No one even calls after all e mails - ph calls just get told they are escalating the matter??? Need Settlement Letters by 1pm today??? 18/9 - Following e mails automatic replies sent to me from Get Bucks saying the following HELP ID NOS ARE DEALING WITH MY REQUEST - 18/9 = ID 71368, 71525, 71516, 17/9 = ID 71435, 71368 = Total 5????
