Profile suspended

I took a loan ,money was collected from my account on Friday .payday the 25th but they have the audacity to always load theirs for the 23rd .<br> Anyway I log on to the dashboard tells me profile suspended . ..the chat line is useless ,...I eventually speak to a Kim who says im blacklisted because I reversed a debit in October 2014 .we are now in 2015..<br> I reversed a debit because they debited twice ..they fail to mention that I reversed the one they were not entitled to.<br> I am beyond furious .
