Poor service

i would like to complain about the poor service im constantly getting from Nifty loans also known as Smart advance my loan was approved on Monday today its Thursday still no payment on my account , i have called their customer service department , i have been told a very poor excuse by a very arrogant Andrew , who even refuse to provide me his surname , he told me they are currently experiencing technical problems since august 2021, therefore he does not know when we will get the funds, honestly i have been getting such excuse since 2020, this company is not serious about service to their client , they always promise to pay with 24 hours , this was an emergency loan but i'm still waiting , this is very crazy and shows companies don't care about us ,and the reason we apply for these loans
