Poor Service

<p>My application has been pending since this morning now i am tired of waiting i needed a loan to take my daughter to doctor and i have faxed payslips and bank statements and still i haven't receive a answer. Then this morning a lady called me to finalise my loan then she said my loan hasn't gone through and she will ask her supervisor to unblock my account well now i had enough of this **** service! She says i have to wait 15 to 20 minutes and she will give me a call back! Well i'm still waiting</p>
