Poor Service

I took out a loan from getbucks in February,end of Feb they deducted the first premium,in March I emailed them asking them for the banking details because I wanted to pay the loan off in full, this was already early March,its been 2 weeks now and I still hnavnt heard anything from them. This is pathetic service.
