POOR SERVICE!!!!

<p>Took a short-term loan thats suppose to go on for 3 months, but the June Debit order did not go through and not because of insufficient funds , but because of their system errors!! i tried and tried a multiple times to manually settle the loan but in kept giving me errors. So two of their consultants called notifying me the debit order that did not go through, i explained everything to them and to my understanding we reached an agreement that i should wait for july and the debit order will go on as loaded. But now the loan is in arreas and the amount keeps going up, when i enquire about this, they tell me about contractual agreements.</p>
